GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE
- Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of products made through the website www.okbstore.cat, owned by OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L.
Making a purchase implies full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
- Products
OKB offers a selection of clothing and accessories from selected brands, with special attention to the quality of fabrics, design and craftsmanship.
As many items are made with natural fibers or handcrafted processes, they may show slight variations in color, texture or finish. These differences are part of the product's own characteristics and do not constitute a manufacturing defect.
Colors displayed may vary slightly depending on each screen's settings.
- Availability
All orders are subject to stock availability.
If, exceptionally, a purchased product is unavailable after the purchase has been completed, OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. will inform the customer as soon as possible and will proceed with a full refund of the amount paid or, if the customer prefers, a replacement with another product of similar characteristics.
- Prices
All prices published include applicable VAT.
Shipping costs are shown before confirming the purchase.
OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. reserves the right to modify prices at any time. In any case, the applicable price will be the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
- Payment methods
The payment methods available at any given time in the online store are accepted, including:

Payments are processed through secure platforms that guarantee the confidentiality of banking details.
- Shipping
OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. ships orders from Spain.
Mainland Spain
Estimated delivery time: 24 to 72 business hours from order confirmation.
Free shipping on orders over €200.
For orders below this amount, the shipping cost will be shown before completing the purchase.
Europe
Estimated delivery time: 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination country.
Free shipping on orders over €300.
For lower amounts, shipping costs will be calculated before confirming the purchase.
United Kingdom and rest of the world
Shipments to the United Kingdom and other countries will be quoted based on the destination and the selected carrier.
Any customs duties, taxes or fees applicable in the destination country will, where applicable, be borne by the buyer.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond the control of OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L., such as logistics incidents, periods of high demand or force majeure events.
- Receiving the order
We recommend checking the condition of the package upon delivery.
If the packaging shows visible damage or there is any issue with the order, the customer should report it as soon as possible to administracio@okbstore.cat
This will help facilitate the handling of any issue with the shipping company.
- Right of withdrawal
The customer has 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to withdraw from the purchase without needing to give a reason.
To exercise this right, an email must be sent to administracio@okbstore.cat, indicating:
First and last name.
Order number.
Products to be returned.
Once the request is accepted, instructions for making the return will be provided.
- Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, items must be returned:
Unused.
In perfect condition.
With all original tags attached.
In the original packaging or equivalent packaging that ensures proper protection during transport.
OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
9 bis. Size or model exchanges
If you wish to change the size or exchange an item for a different model, you have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the exchange.
To arrange this, simply email us at administracio@okbstore.cat, indicating the order number and the exchange you would like to make.
The item must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with all original tags attached and, whenever possible, in its original packaging.
For size or model exchanges:
Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
OKB will cover the cost of the first new shipment of the exchanged item.
The exchange will be subject to stock availability. If the requested product is unavailable, the customer may choose another item, a store credit, or the corresponding refund, in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Return costs
When the customer exercises the right of withdrawal, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
If the customer wishes, OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. may arrange collection through its usual carrier, deducting this amount from the final refund.
- Refunds
Once the items have been received and their condition verified, OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. will issue the refund within the applicable legal period, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless the customer expressly agrees to a different method.
If preferred, the customer may choose to receive a store credit for the corresponding amount.
- Defective products or order errors
If the product received has a manufacturing defect or the order contains an error attributable to OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. (such as an incorrect size, color or model), the customer must report it as soon as possible.
In these cases:
OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. will fully cover the collection costs.
It will also cover the cost of the new shipment.
The customer may choose, depending on the case, either a product replacement or a full refund.
- Legal warranty
All products sold by OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. are covered by the 3-year legal warranty of conformity from the delivery of the product, as provided for under current regulations.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use, accidents, washing, or handling contrary to the care instructions for each item.

- Care and maintenance of garments
At OKB we select items made with natural fabrics, fine fibers and handcrafted finishes, which require proper care to preserve their quality and beauty over time.
To ensure the proper preservation of each item, it is essential to follow the washing, drying, ironing and maintenance instructions indicated on the product label.
OK FOREVER BARCELONA, S.L. is not responsible for damage caused by improper use of the item or by not following the care instructions provided by the manufacturer.
- Dispute resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) No. 524/2013, the European Commission provides consumers with an online dispute resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr
Without prejudice to consumers' right to go to the competent courts and tribunals or to the relevant consumer bodies, the parties may use this platform to try to resolve any dispute arising from a purchase made through this website.
- Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions of Purchase are governed by Spanish law.
In the event of a dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these terms, the parties will submit to the competent courts and tribunals in accordance with consumer and user protection regulations.
Where the buyer is a consumer, this clause will not in any way limit the rights recognized under the legislation applicable in their place of residence.
